Learn to blend yoga, pilates, and cardio HIIT into a seamless class experience grounded in yogic philosophy and functional movement. You'll leave able to guide students through the connection of mind, body, and spirit — and help them reach both their individual and collective potential.

We've worked tirelessly to build a curriculum that is uniquely rich, explorative, and empowering — one that doesn't just hand you the tools to change your life, but lovingly guides you into deep self-exploration and out of your comfort zone.
Like similar programs, our 200-Hour YTT provides the fundamental and foundational teachings and practices of yoga. What sets this training apart is its focus on taking the practice off the mat and out of the studio. Through yoga and self-study, you'll have the chance to learn more about who you are and what calls to you.
Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS-200)

Learn to cohesively blend yoga, pilates, classical ballet, and aerobic styles into a unique class experience. Using the rich philosophy of yoga and the physical movement of these functional fitness programs, you'll guide students through connecting mind, body, and spirit — and expand your reach as an instructor helping students reach their individual and collective potential.
A 30-hour program completed over 4 days, combining in-studio instruction, home study, and class assistance. Prerequisite class costs ARE included in the training.

YOU Elevated is our proprietary self-development program — a journey designed to help you remember who you are underneath everything you've been asked to be. Details and enrollment are opening soon.

Learn to teach the practice of really listening — of holding space for students as they settle into the deep, passive poses of yin and meet whatever rises in the stillness. Yin is such a great complement to other styles, and to daily life, because it teaches us how to be. To accept what is. To stop trying to escape the moment we're in.

For our functional movement trainings (Sculpt Pilates, Barre), yes — you'll need at least one year of experience leading group movement. For the 200-Hour YTT, no prior teaching experience is required. For YOU Elevated, it's open to everyone.
Our 200-Hour YTT is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYS-200). Our functional movement trainings (Sculpt Pilates, Barre, Yin) are The Movement Concept certifications — proprietary and recognized within The Movement Concept family of studios.
