When we opened in Bordentown, we wanted a space that felt both grounded and connected — a studio you could drop into on a weekday lunch break, a Saturday morning errand run, or a Friday-night-unwind walk. We found it on the corner of Park Street and Farnsworth Avenue, right where the neighborhood gathers.

Our Bordentown studio lives in Building 5A on Park Street, tucked into a part of town that feels equal parts historic and alive. We built it the way we build every Movement studio: with attention to how the space makes you feel the moment you walk in — the light, the smell, the sound, the warmth of being somewhere that was designed with you in mind.

It's an intimate studio. That's on purpose. The Movement studios create a different kind of practice — one where your teacher knows your name by the second class and you walk out feeling like you've been seen, not counted.

Park once. Stay a while.

Bordentown City is one of New Jersey's most walkable historic downtowns, and Farnsworth Avenue is its main street. Our studio sits right on the corner, which means practically everything you'd want after class is within a few blocks' walk.

There are multiple independent coffee shops where you can land with your laptop or your people after class, a thoughtful lineup of restaurants and cafés (from casual breakfast to proper dinner), bakeries, sandwich spots, and the kind of local pubs and neighborhood restaurants that have been part of this town for years. A morning class, a coffee, and a walk down Farnsworth is one of the better ways we know to start a weekend.

A few things to know.

Getting In

The studio is in Building 5A at 1 Park Street, right before the corner of Park and Farnsworth. Look for our signage at the entrance.

We have a small lot right at the studio — come early and it's usually available. If it's full, there's free street parking along Park Street and Farnsworth, and a free NJ Transit lot just one block away.

Arrive Early

First time at the studio? Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class. That gives you time to park, check in, sign your waiver if you haven't already, meet your teacher, and settle into the room before class begins.

What to Bring

Water and yourself. We have a limited supply of mats, props, and equipment on-site — if you have your own mat, please bring it so there's enough to go around.

What to Wear

Comfortable workout clothes and layers. Between the heated room, the main studio, and the walk in and out, your body temperature might shift — you'll want the option to peel off or pile on.

Answers to Common Questions

Is parking really free?

Yes. We have a small lot at the studio, street parking on Park and Farnsworth, and a free NJ Transit lot one block away. You won't be circling the block — this is the upside of practicing in a walkable town. If you park on the street, check the sign for time limits.

Is there a sauna at Bordentown?

No — our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna is located at our Allentown studio only. If you want unlimited sauna plus access to both studios, just ask! We can help you get that setup through Mindbody.

Are the classes heated?

Check class details on the schedule for heat information. Class descriptions will tell you what to expect.

Can I use my Bordentown membership at Allentown too?

Each studio has its own passes and memberships, but if you’re already a Bordentown member, you can add Allentown on at 50% off.

What's the vibe of the Bordentown studio compared to Allentown?

Both studios carry the same brand, the same teachers, and the same commitment to sanctuary — but each has its own flavor. Bordentown is more mystical city-corner, where Allentown sits inside a historic grist mill by a river. Come try both and see which one feels like your hOMe.
