When can I practice yoga after eating?

It's best to wait at least 1-2 hours after eating before practicing yoga. This helps prevent discomfort during your poses.

What if I feel stuck with my practice?

Feeling stuck is natural. Consider exploring different types of classes, consulting with a teacher, or incorporating mindfulness practices to deepen your experience.

What are the benefits of a regular movement practice?

More than we could fit on this page, honestly. A consistent practice tends to show up in the obvious places — stronger body, better sleep, steadier energy, a nervous system that stops bracing for impact. But the quieter shifts often matter most: more space between stimulus and reaction, a little more tuned in to what your body's been trying to tell you all along. Some days it's a workout. Some days it's a reset. All of it counts.
