A couple of things before your first class.

Every class at The Movement requires a signed waiver — it's quick, and it only needs to be done once. Create your Mindbody account, sign the waiver, and you're ready to book.

What's the class schedule like?

We’re open seven days a week, morning through night with access to recordings. Whatever your rhythm, there’s a spot on the mat for you.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes — we strongly suggest it. Classes fill up, and reserving your spot is the easiest way to make sure the practice is waiting for you when you arrive.

What if the class is full? How does the waitlist work?

Hop on the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you're moved in automatically — and as long as you've opted in for email or text reminders, you'll get a heads up that you're in.

If you’re on the waitlist and don’t get pulled into class, your pass goes right back on your account, untouched. If you come off the waitlist and no-show, your pass counts as used.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for three hours' notice before class starts. Late cancels carry a $14 fee — we'd rather you show up, but we know life happens.

What if I'm running late?

The door stays open for a 15-minute grace period. We’d never want you to miss your practice over traffic or a long day — just come in quietly, respectfully, and settle in. We’re glad you made it.
