What infrared heat actually is
The same warmth you feel from the sun, minus the UV. Health practitioners have used it for decades. Far-infrared delivers gentle, consistent heat at the cellular level, and our staff can help you pick a program that targets whatever you're working on.
Detox + immunity
Sweat is the body's built-in release valve. Infrared heats at the cellular level — where toxins actually live — producing a deeper, more efficient sweat that supports immune function and helps your system run cleaner.
Skin
Near-infrared wavelengths stimulate collagen and smooth tone. Far-infrared reaches deeper, clearing the toxins that tend to show up on your face before anywhere else.

If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, or are taking medication that affects your body's ability to regulate temperature, check with your doctor first.
Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes — both are effective, longer sessions just give you more time to settle in.
